针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in Treating Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的分析针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取接收的气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者58例,由随机双盲法分组,对照组29例采取常规西医治疗,试验组29例基于此采取针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗,对比2组疗效。结果2组治疗前BI指数、Fugl-Meyer评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组BI指数、Fugl-Meyer评分、治疗有效率96.55%明显高于对照组79.31%(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的效果显著,能有效改善患者肢体运动功能和生活能力。

Objective To analyze the clinical effe ct of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 58 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type cerebral infarction received by our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.29 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 29 patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment BI index and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the BI index,Fugl-Meyer score and therapeutic effect of the experimental group(96.55%)were significantly higher than that of the control group(79.31%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction is effective in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis type cerebral infarction,and can effectively improve limb motor function and life ability.
