Nursing Care of Skin Laceration in Diabetic Patients with Malnutrition for One Case

目的总结1例糖尿病合并营养不良患者皮肤撕裂伤的护理。方法密切观察患者病情变化,加强皮肤护理、心理护理、生活护理、饮食护理、健康教育。结果通过对患者的精心护理,患者3周后痊愈出院。结论总结处理方法是否得当,教会患者血糖监测,自我监测皮肤状况,及时做好预防皮肤撕裂伤的措施,早发现、早治疗、早痊愈。

Objective To summarize the nursing care of diabetic patients with skin laceration caused by malnutrition for one case.Methods The patient’s condition changes was closely observed,skin care,psychological care,life care,diet care,health education was carred out.Results After careful nursing,the patient recovered and discharged three weeks later.Conclusion The appropriate treatment methods were summarized,blood sugar monitoring,self-monitoring skin condition,timely prevention of skin laceration measures was carried out,which can achieve early detection,early treatment,early recovery.
