骨质疏松是一种以骨量减低,骨微结构破坏,导致骨脆性增加,易发生骨折为特征的全身性骨病。骨质疏松症的发生越来越多,迫切需要研究开发更为安全有效的防治骨质疏松的药物,利用天然中草药及其制剂治疗该病已成为医药界研究热点。本文将综述近年以来应用蛇床子素进行抗骨质疏松治疗的实验研究及进展,为进一步探究临床应用蛇床子素提供相关理论依据。

Osteoporosis is a systemic osteopathy characterized by reduced bone mass and destruction of bone microstructures,resulting in increased bone fragility and prone to fracture.The occurrence of osteoporosis is increasing.It is urgent to research and develop more safe and effective drugs to prevent and treat osteoporosis.Using natural Chinese herbal medicine and its preparations to treat osteoporosis has become a research hotspot in the medical field.This article will review the experimental research and progress of osthole in the treatment of osteoporosis in recent years,and provide theoretical basis for further exploring the clinical application of osthole.
