十枣汤的逐水作用研究进展

The Research Progress of Shizao Decoction on Expelling Water Retention Effect

目的探讨十枣汤逐水作用的研究进展。方法通过查阅近10年相关文献资料对十枣汤的逐水作用的应用进行综述。结论十枣汤的用途广泛,常应用于肝硬化腹水、胸腔积液、渗出性胸膜炎及恶性胸腹水等,逐水功能效果显著,毒副作用较小,成为临床用来逐水的有效手段之一。

Objective To explore the research progress of Shizao decoction on expelling water retention effect.Methods The application of Shizao decoction on expelling water retention effect was reviewed by referring to the relevant literature in recent ten years.Conclusion Shizao decoction is widely used in ascites of liver cirrhosis,pleural effusion,exudative pleurisy and malignant pleural effusion,etc.it has obvious effect of expelling water retention effect and less toxic and side effects,so it has become one of the effective means of expelling water retention effect in clinic.
