止嗽散合四君子汤治疗慢性咳嗽初探

Preliminary Exploration on Zhisou Powder Combined with Sijunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Cough

目的诠释止嗽散合四君子汤治疗慢性咳嗽的思路。方法通过跟师侍诊,收集病例,从临床中总结止嗽散合四君子汤在治疗慢性咳嗽中的思维与方法进行初步诠释。结果慢性咳嗽主要病因病机是气虚邪实,益气祛邪可以作为基本治法,止嗽散合四君子汤可以作为基本方药。结论基于祛邪益气治法,以止嗽散合四君子汤为基本方药治疗慢性咳嗽疗效良好。

Objective To explain the thought of treating chronic cough with Zhisou powder and Sijunzi decoction.Methods By following the doctor and collecting cases,we summarized the etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic thinking and medication thinking of chronic cough.Results The main etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough is chronic disease and deficiency,especially qi deficiency.The treatment method is to expel pathogenic factors,strengthen spleen and replenish qi,and take Zhisou powder and Sijunzi decoction as the basic medication ideas.Conclusion Based on the principle of expelling pathogenic factors,strengthening spleen and invigorating qi,Zhisou powder and Sijunzi decoction are the basic drugs for the treatment of chronic cough with good curative effect.
