补肺健脾平喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bufei Jianpi Pingchuan Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Remission Stage

目的观察补肺健脾平喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期临床疗效。方法将50例COPD缓解期患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例予常规西药治疗,治疗组在前者基础之上给予补肺健脾平喘汤。2组治疗30 d,观察2组治疗前后患者临床疗效,肺活量(FVC),第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)以及第1秒用力呼气容积占肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)治疗前后的变化。结果治疗后试验组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);与本组治疗前比较,对照组及试验组治疗后均FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC有所提高,2组治疗后进行比较,试验组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC提高程度率均好于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺健脾平喘汤能够有效控制COPD缓解期症状,同时改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者的肺功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bufei J ianpi Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage.Methods 50 patients with COPD in remission stage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.25 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was given Bufei Jianpi Pingchuan decoction on the basis of the former.After 30 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group before treatment,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were improved in both the control group and the experimental group after treatment.Compared with the control group after treatment,the improvement rates of FVC,FEV,and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bufei Jianpi Pingchuan decoction can effectively control the symptoms of COPD in remission period and improve pulmonary function.
