普济消毒饮治疗丹毒临床观察

Clinical Observation on Puji Xiaodu Drink in the Treatment of Erysipelas

目的系统性评价普济消毒饮对急性下肢丹毒的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月于抚顺市中医院皮肤科病房住院治疗的急性下肢丹毒患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用常规西药抗炎治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合普济消毒饮内服方案,观察2组患者治疗前后VAS疼痛评分、皮损消失时间、皮温恢复正常时间变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组VAS疼痛评分(1.08±0.21)分,皮损消失时间(4.21±1.25)d,皮温恢复正常时间(2.86±0.71)d,对照组VAS疼痛评分(3.15±0.34)分,皮损消失时间(8.52±2.33)d,皮温恢复正常时间(6.11±1.41)d,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性下肢丹毒患者在常规西药抗炎治疗的同时联合普济消毒饮内服方案治疗可有效恢复下肢红热、肿胀状态,减轻病灶区炎症反应及循环压力引起的疼痛,清热解毒、凉血祛瘀、疏风散邪之功效,临床效果优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect s of Puji Xiaodu drink on patients with acute lower extremity erysipelas.Methods 60 patients with acute lower extremity erysipelas were enrolled.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.In the control group,30 cases were treated with conventional western medicine anti-inflammatory treatment program,30 cases in the experimental group were treated with Puji Xiaodu drink.Before and after treatment,the changes of VAS pain score,skin loss time and normal skin temperature were observed.Results After clinical treatment,in the experimental group,VAS pain score was(1.08±0.21),skin lesion disappearance time was(4.21±1.25)d,and skin temperature recovery time was(2.86±0.71)d.In the control group,VAS pain score was(3.15±0.34),skin lesion disappearance time was(8.52±2.33)d,and skin temperature recovery time was(6.11±1.41).The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Puji Xiaodu drink oral administration regimen on patients with acute lower extremity erysipelas can effectively restore red hot and swollen state of lower limbs,sparse wind and dispelling evil,improve lymphatic circulation disorder,eliminate local skin lesions in a short time,and has excellent clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
