摘要
IPF是一种难治性疾病,其发病机制复杂:早期有"慢性炎症假说";此后提出"损伤修复异常学说"。近年来"免疫学说"机制越来越受到重视。本文就近年来从中药单体和中药复方(包括经方和验方)干预肺纤维化免疫功能的实验研究做一综述,重点阐述对转化生长因子β(TGF-β)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及白介素4(IL-4)、白介素6(IL-6)等细胞因子的影响。
IPF is a refractory disease with complex pathogenesis,with"chronic inflammation hypothesis"in early stage,after that,"the theory of damage repair anomaly"was put forward.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the mechanism of immunity theory.In recent years,this paper reviewed the experimental studies on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine monomers and traditional Chinese medicine compounds(including classical prescription and experiential effective recipe)on the immune function of pulmonary fibrosis,especially on the effects of transforming growth factors such asTGF-β,IFN-γ,interleukin 4(IL-4)and interleukin 6(IL-6).
