常规护理、耳穴压豆结合食疗对预防ICU小儿导尿管相关尿路感染临床观察

Clinical Observation on Routine Nursing and Auricular Acupoint Pressing Combined with Dietetic Therapy on Preventing Urinary Catheter-related Urinary Tract Infection in ICU Pediatric Patients

目的探讨常规护理、耳穴压豆结合食疗对ICU小儿患者导尿管相关尿路感染的预防效果。方法选取2018年4月-2019年3月治疗的88例患儿作为护理对象。采取随机数字表法,分为常规组和中西医结合组2组。常规组采取传统护理方法,中西医结合组在此基础上,增加耳穴压豆和食疗等护理环节。护理工作完成后,从患儿导尿管相关尿路感染和无症状菌尿症的发生率、ICU治疗时间和费用、患儿家长对ICU护士满意率等几方面对护理效果进行评价。结果中西医结合组患儿导尿管相关尿路感染和无症状菌尿症的发生率均低于常规组,ICU治疗时间和费用少于常规组,护理满意度高于常规组,以上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规护理、耳穴压豆结合食疗,有效预防ICU小儿患者导尿管相关尿路感染的发生。

Objective To explore the prevention effect of routine nursing and auricular acupoint pressing combined with dietetic therapy on preventing urinary catheter-related urinary tract infection in ICU pediatric patients.Methods 88 cases from April 2018 to March2019 were divided into routine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group.The former took the traditional nursing method,and the latter received routine nursing and auricular acupoint pressing combined with dietetic therapy.Evaluation was made from aspects of catheter-related urinary tract infection in children.Results The number of catheter-related urinary tract infections and asymptomatic bacteremia in children in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was less than that in the routine group,ICU time and cost of treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group were less than that of routine group,nursing satisfaction of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine nursing and auricular acupoint pressing combined with dietetic therapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary tract infection associated with urinary catheter in ICU children.
