摘要
研究了保水性路面混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等路用性能,并与OGFC混合料进行了对比分析,同时对保水性混合料路面的保水性能及降温性能进行研究。结果表明:保水性路面混合料的动稳定度比OGFC混合料至少高4000次·mm^-1,其残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比均比OGFC混合料大,且其在-10℃时的低温弯拉应变较大、劲度模量较小,拥有较好的高温稳定性、水稳定性以及低温抗裂性能;保水性路面具有较强的保水功能,浸水24h的保水量为2.8kg/m^3;保水性路面具有较好的降温效果,比OGFC路面降温10℃左右。
The research on the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water stability and other pavement performance of the water-retaining pavement mixture is made,and the comparative analysis is made with OGFC mixture.At the same time,the research on the water-retaining property and cooling performance of the water-retaining mixture pavement is made.The results show that:the dynamic stability of the water-retaining pavement mixture is at least 4000 times mm^-1 higher than that of OGFC mixture,and the ratio of its residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength is larger than that of OGFC mixture,and its low-temperature bending tensile strain is larger and the stiffness modulus is smaller at-10℃,and it has better high-temperature stability,water stability and low-temperature crack resistance;the water-retaining pavement has strong water-retaining function,the water-retaining capacity is 2.8 kg/m^3 when immersing for 24 h,and the water-retaining pavement has a better cooling effect,about 10℃lower than OGFC pavement.
