疫情防控视角下“村改居”社区的建设与治理--以湖北某地J社区为例

Construction and Governance of "Village to Residential" Community from the Perspective of Epidemic Prevention and Control--Take J Community in Hubei as an Example

新冠疫情暴发后,笔者作为一名党员志愿者下沉到湖北某地J社区参加疫情防控工作。其间较为详细了解J社区的基本情况和疫情防控的工作状况,对社区应对疫情的工作流程、做法、成效等进行系统总结。并以疫情防控工作为切入点,着重对改制后的"村改居"基层社区建设和治理中存在的现象、问题进行归纳和观察,洞悉其深层原因,提出加强"村改居"基层社区建设及其治理的思考和建议,力求为上级部门提供参考。

After the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, the author, as a party member volunteer, sank to a community of J in Hubei to participate in epidemic prevention and control work. During this period, I learned more about the basic situation of the J community and the work situation of epidemic prevention and control, and systematically summarized the community’s work process, practices, and effectiveness in responding to the epidemic. Taking the epidemic prevention and control work as the starting point, it focuses on the induction and observation of the phenomena and problems in the construction and governance of the "village-to-residential" grassroots communities after restructuring. Thoughts and suggestions on construction and governance, and strive to provide reference for superior departments.
