大学生志愿服务对贫困地区的减贫成效分析--以华侨大学大学生支教团为例

Effect of Volunteer Service of College Students on Poverty Alleviation--Taking Education Group of Huaqiao University as an Example

由于农村贫困人口生计的脆弱性、兜底保障的有限覆盖率以及贫困线的可能的变动性,2020年现有扶贫标准下贫困人口全部脱贫目标的完成并不意味着农村贫困的终结。现阶段消灭贫困工作的重点是精准扶贫,在党中央的号召下,我国高校为贯彻落实习近平总书记"精准扶贫"重要战略思想,通过鼓励大学生组建支教团为减贫事业贡献了力量。华侨大学支教团的主要活动包括培训、募捐、教学、宣传、家访等方面,不仅给予了贫困地区的物资帮扶,还在文化教育、思想观念、情感慰藉和生活习惯方面对贫困地区学生进行了正面示范和引导,产生了积极的社会影响,为志愿服务参与精准扶贫的理论研究和实践指引提供了帮助。

Due to the vulnerability of rural poor people’s livelihood, the limited coverage of supporting the poor and the possible changes of the poverty line, the completion of the poverty alleviation goal under the existing poverty alleviation standard in 2020 does not mean the end of rural poverty. At the present stage, poverty eradication work is focused on precision poverty alleviation. Under the call of the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee,in order to implement the important strategic thinking of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s "accurate poverty alleviation", the universities encourage college students to form a support group to contribute to poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas in China. In this paper, we take Huaqiao University Students’ teaching group as an example, investigate the content of voluntary service of different teaching groups, analyze their assistance to material resources, education and social impact in poverty-stricken areas, and provide some help for the theoretical research and practical guidance of voluntary service participating in targeted poverty alleviation.
