摘要
铝合金热轧过程中因摩擦产生大量铝粉,如果过多的铝粉不加于控制,很容易在铝板带表面形成黑条缺陷,影响最终产品表面质量,导致批量不良。本文主要分析因热轧铝粉过多导致的黑条缺陷,分析其产生的根本原因,并从乳液过滤、轧机清洁和工艺控制等方面入手,并给出行之有效的解决方案。
In the process of aluminum alloy hot rolling,a large amount of aluminum powder is produced due to friction.If too much aluminum powder is not added to the control,it is easy to form black strip defects on the surface of aluminum plate and strip,which will affect the surface quality of the final product,resulting in poor batch.This article mainly analyzes the black bar defects caused by over hot rolling aluminum powder,analyzes the underlying causes,and starts from the aspects of emulsion filtration,rolling mill cleaning and process control,and gives an effective solution to the trip.
