摘要 本文试验结果表明:Gr.9钛合金管材在冷轧过程中的变形量不能完全反应钛合金中金属流动特征以及晶粒变形规律,还与Q值具有较为密切的关系,总体上具有"Q值越大,金属流动性越强烈,晶粒变形拉长程度越明显,晶粒纤维化和取向趋势越明显"的变化规律;Q值对管材的拉伸性能影响较明显,综合认为Q值为1.86~2.62时Gr.9钛合金管材冷轧效果较好。 The results of this paper show that the amount of deformation of Gr.9 titanium alloy tube in the cold rolling process does not fully reflect the characteristics of metal flow and the law of grain deformation in titanium alloy,and also has a relatively close relationship with Q value,generally has "the larger the Q value,the stronger the metal flow,the more obvious the degree of granular deformation,the more obvious the degree of distortion," The more obvious the trend of grain fiber and orientation,the more "the law of change;The effect of Q value on the stretch performance of the pipe is obvious,and the comprehensive value of Q is 1.86 to 2.62 when the cold rolling effect of Gr.9 titanium alloy tube is better.
