缓倾斜极薄矿体高效开采新技术及应用

摘要 缓倾斜极薄矿体操作中,需要明确高效开展的标准,降低矿井开采难度。分析常规的采矿开采形式,结合采矿损失大、成本高、条件差的原因。按照矿体所赋予的整体状况,分析开采条件标准和布置形式。采用合理的切割回采工艺,优化过程步骤。调整空流巷道的位置,确定切割回踩的工艺和优化形式。按照空流巷道的技术标准,结合矿石连续回采,调整定向爆破、低矮形式轨迹运产形式,确定组合支架的位移标准。通过提高回采率、降低成本,提高连续回采效果,确保回采的准确安全作业性。工业中矿石贫化率为5%,采矿损失率为3%。 In the operation of very thin ore body with slow inclination,it is necessary to define the standard of high efficiency and reduce the difficulty of mine mining.Analysis of conventional mining forms,combined with mining losses,high costs,poor conditions.According to the overall condition given by the ore body,the mining condition standard and layout form are analyzed.Adopt reasonable cutting and mining technology,optimize the process steps.Adjust the position of empty flow roadway,determine the cutting back step process and optimization form.According to the technical standard of the empty flow roadway,combined with the continuous mining of ore,the displacement standard of the combined support is determined by adjusting the production form of directional blasting and low form track.By increasing recovery rates and reducing cost,improve the continuous mining effect and ensure the accurate and safe operation of mining.ore dilution rate in industry is 5% and mining loss rate is 3%.
