三水铝石质量评价精密度及准确度试验研究

摘要 铝土矿作为生产氧化铝的原料时一般检测硅、铝、铁,并以A/S高低对矿石品位进行评价,而三水铝石型铝土矿质量评价的重要指标是有效铝和活性硅。该文章通过试验研究,验证了在采用微波消解法测定三水铝石型铝土矿中的有效铝和活性硅时,其精密度和准确度能够达到预测生产指标的要求,同时,给出一种基于一定置信水平的区间估计质量评价的方案,以此降低采购风险。 When bauxite is used as raw material for alumina production,silicon,aluminium and iron in bauxite are generally detected,and the ore grade is evaluated by A/S level.The important indexes of quality evaluation of gibbsite-type bauxite are effective aluminum and active silica.Through experimental research,it has been verified that when using microwave digestion method to determine the effective aluminum and active silica in gibbsite-type bauxite,its degree of precision and accuracy can meet the requirements of predicting production indexes.At the same time,given a certain confidence level based on the interval estimation quality evaluation scheme,to reduce the risk of purchase.
