摘要
Gr.23钛合金具有较好的力学性能、耐热性能、耐腐蚀性能、优越的抗氧化性能和较好的焊接等能力而被广泛的应用于不同领域,Gr.23钛合金棒材组织和性能受实效处理影响较大。本文研究结果表明:在750℃×1h条件下进行固溶处理后钛合金棒材的固溶效果最佳;在750℃×1h+450℃×20h条件下进行固溶实效处理后,Gr.23钛合金棒材的显微组织与性能具有较好的匹配性,所生产的棒材性能更加优越。
Gr.23 titanium alloy has better mechanical properties,heat resistance,corrosion resistance,superior antioxidant properties and good welding and other capabilities have been widely used in different fields,Gr.23 titanium alloy rod organization and performance by the effectiveness of treatment.The results of this paper show that the solid-soluble effect of titanium alloy rods is optimal after solid-soluble treatment at 750℃×1h,and after the solid-soluble effect treatment of Gr.23 titanium rod rods is better matched and the performance of the rods produced is better.
