摘要 胶排系统组织升段时,通常采用汽车直排或倒运方式修筑移设平台。排土机走车要求坡度小,平台宽度须满足排土机走车以及各辅助设备间的安全距离要求,致使修筑移设平台方量大、成本高、工期长,于提升系统综合运行效率不利。某矿山探索采用小高差升段移设,由排土机自行排弃移设平台,以排土机最大上排高度为高差组织小升段;该方式可降低移设成本,对于年度排岩量小或急切增加排土库容的排土场,具有指导意义。 When the rubber discharge system organizes the ascending section,it usually adopts the way of automobile direct discharge or reverse transportation to build the moving platform.It is required that the slope of the bulldozer is small and the width of the platform must meet the requirements of the safe distance between the bulldozer and the auxiliary equipment,resulting in the large volume,high cost and long construction period of the platform,which is unfavorable to the comprehensive operation efficiency of the system.In a mine,the small height difference lifting section is adopted to move and set up the platform by dumping and dumping the soil by the dumper itself,and the maximum upper row height of the dumper is taken as the height difference to organize the small lifting section;this method can reduce the cost of moving and setting up,which is of guiding significance for the dumps with small amount of rock dumping or urgently increasing the capacity of the dump.
