精准肝切除术治疗肝细胞肝癌患者近期疗效及远期预后生存研究

Study on Short-Term Efficacy and Long-Term Prognosis Survival of Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma Treated by Precise Hepatectomy

目的:研究精准肝切除术治疗肝细胞肝癌患者近期疗效及远期预后生存。方法:将2014年1月~2015年1月本院接收的78例肝细胞肝癌患者随机分为对照组(n=39例)和试验组(n=39例),对照组采取常规肝切除术,试验组则采取精准肝切除术,并对全部患者随访三年,比较两组近期治疗效果、远期预后生存和并发症。结果:两组近期疗效相比,试验组术中出血量和输血量、手术时间及住院时间指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组远期预后效果对比,试验组远期生存率均优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组并发症相比,试验组发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肝细胞肝癌患者采取精准切除术治疗,可有效提高近期疗效,临床应用价值较高。

Objective: To study the short-term efficacy and long-term prognosis of precise hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC).Methods: 78 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma received in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into control group( n = 39) and experimental group( n = 39). Routine hepatectomy w as performed in the control group,w hile precise hepatectomy w as performed in the experimental group,and all patients w ere follow ed up for three years. The short-term therapeutic effect and long-term prognosis survival and complications w ere compared betw een the tw o groups. Results: Compared w ith the short-term efficacy of the tw o groups,the intraoperative blood loss and transfusion volume,operation time and hospital stay in the experimental group w ere significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05);compared w ith The long-term prognostic of the tw o groups w as better than that of the control group,but there w as not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Compared the complications of the tw o groups,the experimental group w as low er than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Accurate resection of hepatocellular carcinoma can effectively improve the short-term curative effect,and has high clinical value.
