近5年腕踝针临床应用现状及其规律分析

Clinical Application and Regularity Analysis of the wrist-ankle acupuncture in recent 5 years

目的:探索近5年腕踝针临床运用的特性及运用规律。方法:检索腕踝针临床应用的有关材料,使用中国知网、中文科技期刊全文数据库、Pubmed等数据库收集2013~2018年的"腕踝针",临床运用的文献,按所治病症、选穴特点、干预措施、留针时间、治疗频次、疗程及疗效等加以分类、归纳、整理。结果:纳入的50篇文献中,腕踝针长于治疗运动、疼痛、精神等系统疾病,针对上述疾病,分别常取上5、上4、上6、下6、下5;下2、下1、上2、下5、下6;上1等穴位。腕踝针临床最常配合体针治疗,留针时间以30min为主,治疗频次多是每日1次,总疗程一般在1~2周。结论:腕踝针治疗疾病的近期疗效较好,能缓解相关症状,远期疗效尚不确定。

Objective: To explore the characteristics and application rules of wrist-ankle acupuncture in recent 5 years. Methods: Retrieve relevant materials of w rist-ankle acupuncture clinical application,and collect them by using databases such as CNKI,full-text database of Chinese scientific and technological journals,Pubmed and other databases to collect the " Wrist-ankle acupuncture " from 2013 to 2018,literature of clinical application,classify,summarize and arrange according to the diseases,characteristics of acupoint selection,intervention measures,time of keeping needles,frequency of treatment,course of treatment and curative effect,etc. Results: Of the included 50 articles,w rist-ankle acupuncture are good at treating movement,pain,and mental system diseases. For the above mentioned diseases,the upper 5,upper 4,upper 6,low er 6,low er 5 are chosen to treat the movement system diseases. The low er 2,low er 1,upper 2,low er 5,low er 6 are chosen to treat the pain diseases. And the upper 1 is chosen to treat mental system disease. The w rist-ankle acupuncture often cooperate w ith body acupuncture. The time of retaining the needle is 30 minutes. The treatment frequency is once a day. The total course of treatment is 1 to 2 w eeks. Conclusion: The w rist-ankle acupuncture has better short term effect and can relieve the related symptoms. But the long term effect are not confirmed.
