现代物流业降本增效的制约因素与推进思路——基于福建省龙岩市的实践

Restricting Factors and Improvement Ideas for Reducing Costs and Increasing Efficiency of Modern Logistics Industry:Based on the Practice of Longyan City in Fujian Province

物流业降本增效是提升经济运行效率的必然要求。为总结现代物流业降本增效的实践经验,从政策推动、园区建设、设施完善、创新业态、壮大规模等方面分析龙岩市推动现代物流业降本增效提质的做法,指出行业运行机制、企业运营成本、产业集聚、信息化支撑、政策响应等方面的制约因素,认为推进龙岩市现代物流业降本增效提质,需要分析影响降本增效因素、加强物流产业规划引导、加快专业物流园区建设、优化物流业发展环境、创新推动产业转型升级。

Reducing costs and increasing efficiency of logistics industry is an inevitable requirement for improving economic operation efficiency.In order to sum up the cost reduction and efficiency increase in modern logistics industrybased on the practice of Longyan City in Fujian Province,this paper analyzes the practice of promoting cost reduction and improving efficiency and quality in modern logistics industry from the aspects of policy promotion,park construction,improvement of facilities,innovation of business form,and enlargement of scale.The paper points out the restrictive factors such as industry operation mechanism,enterprise operation cost,industry agglomeration,information support,policy response.To reduce cost and improve efficiency and quality of the modern logistics industry in Longyan,it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting cost reduction and efficiency increase,strengthen the guidance of logistics industry planning,speed up the construction of specialized logistics parks,optimize the development environment of logistics industry,and innovate to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
