摘要
基于中国2000—2017年面板数据,采用最小二乘法,从外商直接投资(FDI)引进质量和FDI利用质量两方面出发,考察FDI质量对我国产业结构优化升级的影响。研究发现:从整体来看,FDI的高质量发展对我国产业结构升级具有显著的正影响。从FDI引进质量和利用质量两个维度进行细分研究来看,FDI利用质量对我国产业结构升级的作用效果更明显。因此,在全球经济面临下行压力大的环境之下,应逐步制定外商投资政策,优化外商投资环境,提升我国对外资的利用质量和水平,推动我国产业结构的不断优化升级。
Based on Chinese 2000-2017 panel data and the least squares method,from the introduction of FDI quality and FDI utilization quality,the impact of FDI quality on the optimization and upgrading of China′s industrial structure was investigated.The study found that:from a holistic perspective,the quality of FDI has a significant positive mechanism for the upgrading of China′s industrial structure.From the perspective of FDI introduction and utilization of two dimensions,the effect of FDI utilization on China′s industrial structure upgrading is more obvious.Therefore,the following revelation is given:Under the circumstances that the global economy is facing downward pressure,China should gradually formulate foreign investment policies,such as the Foreign Investment Law of the People′s Republic of China,which will be implemented in 2020,and gradually optimize the foreign investment environment to significantly improve China′s use of foreign capital quality and level to promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of China′s industrial structure.
