推拿配合体外冲击波治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with massage combined with extracorporeal shock wave

目的:观察推拿配合体外冲击波治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2015年1月~2018年11月门诊及住院肩周炎患者50例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各25例。对照组采用常规推拿手法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合体外冲击波治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、肩关节活动度评定进行疗效评价。结果:所有研究病例均未出现治疗后症状加重、皮肤瘀斑、血肿、骨折等并发症。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),肩关节各活动度均较治疗前显著增大(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),肩关节各活动度显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:应用推拿配合体外冲击波技术治疗肩周炎,具有协同效应,能显著减轻疼痛,改善关节功能,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods: Choose our hospital from January 2015 to November 2018 outpatient and inpatient scapulohumeral periarthritis patients 50,randomly divided into control group( n = 25) and treatment group( n = 25). The control group was treated with conventional massage technique,and the treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment,pain visual analogue score( VAS)and shoulder motion were used to evaluate the curative effect. Results: All the study cases did not have complications such as aggravated symptoms,skin ecchymosis,hematoma and fracture after treatment. After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 01),each motion of shoulder joint was significantly larger than that before treatment( P < 0. 01). The VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 01),each motion of shoulder joint was significantly larger than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The application of massage combined with extracorporeal shock wave technique in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis has synergistic effect,can significantly reduce pain and improve joint function,and has high clinical popularization value.
