摘要
为最大限度节约高职院校数控装调实训设备投入和使用成本,有效提高设备的利用率,实现一机多用之目的,提出在设备开发和实训中心建设过程中应用模块化的设计理念,并以FANUC 0I-TF数控系统车床为例,详细介绍了模块化数控车床装调工位的开发思路,为数控装调实训中心建设提供了一条新路径。
In order to maximize the cost of investment and use of NC assembly and adjustment training equipment in higher vocational colleges,effectively improve the utilization rate of equipment,and realize multi-purpose of one machine,the application of modular design concept in the process of equipment development and training center construction is presented.Taking FANUC 0I-TF CNC lathe as an example,the development idea of modular CNC lathe assembly and adjustment station is introduced in detail,which provides a new idea for the construction of CNC assembly and adjustment training center.
