儒家“政者正也”思想辨析及其对师德师风建设的借鉴 被引量:2

摘要 学高为师,身正为范,师德是教师的灵魂。“政者正也”是孔子政治思想的核心观念,其“正人正己”“上行下效”“推己及人”的思想与当代教师师德师风的建设有异曲同工之妙。因而,通过对“政者正也”思想的辨析,挖掘儒家“政者正也”的思想精髓,为当下高校师德师风建设提供有益的借鉴,促使当代教师以德立身、立德树人。 Teacher is the one with both high knowledge and moral integrity,which suggests that morality is the soul of teachers.“Educators are models”is the core theory of political ideas of Confucius,whose“law makers should not be law breakers”,“the below follow the behavior of the above”,“put oneself in the place of another”are similar to contemporary teaching morality and style construction.Thus,by analysis and deep exploration of“educators are models”,we provide useful reference to the contemporary university teaching morality and style construction work and urge teachers of the day to stand by virtue,strengthen moral education and cultivate people.
