国华台山电厂两台百万机组厂用电互联的研究与应用

摘要 由于外购电与电厂上网电价价格差明显,天山电厂在机组停机及启动状态下,支出的外购电电费大大增加,现有的厂用电接线方式不适合新的电费计价结算机制;通过两台机组厂用电互联,减少外购电,达到降本增效的目的,同时提高了机组厂用电的可靠性与安全性。 Due to the obvious price difference between the purchased electricity and the power plant on grid price,when the unit is shut down and started,the power purchase fee has been greatly increased,and the existing auxiliary power wiring pricing and settlement mechanism;through the interconnection of reducing cost and increasing effciency is achieved by reducing purchased power,and the reliability and safety of auxiliary power of units are improved.
