摘要 第一次工业革命后,煤炭成为推动经济发展的重要能源,且煤炭的重要性延续至今,未来世界对煤炭的需求量将有增无减。煤炭最主要的生产方式是井工生产,井工生产要求将煤炭从地下运输到地面,而胶带运输是当前最主要的运输方式。因此,胶带机输送自动控制系统的重要性不言而喻。文章针对煤矿井下胶带机输送自动控制系统的设计和应用进行了简要分析,概述了该系统的设计要求和在煤炭运输过程中的应用,为提高煤炭运输效率和安全性提供了一定的理论依据。 After the first industrial revolution,coal has become an important energy source for economic development,and the importance of coal continues to this day.In the future,the demand for coal in the world will continue to increase.The main production method of coal production is well production.Well production requires coal to be transported from underground to the ground,and belt transportation is currently the main transportation method.Therefore,the importance of the belt conveyor automatic control system is self-evident.This paper briefly analyzes the design and application of the belt conveyor conveyor automatic control system in coal mines,outlines the design requirements of the system and the application of the system in the coal transportation process,and provides a certain measure for improving coal transportation effi ciency and safety Theoretical basis.
