摘要
制革厂在全球范围内使用铬基工艺引起了人们对其相关环境负担的担忧。制革厂的生产过程中涉及多种工艺化学品,需要进行能值评估。这项工作旨在讨论多标准,多尺度方法来解决清洁生产战略成本和好处,以防止转移的负担,提高全局负载的风险。为此,将材料平衡,经济方法和能效核算方法应用于制革工艺中选定的脱毛/灰化,酸洗和废水处理步骤,并将其作为案例研究。
the use of chrome based processes in tanneries around the world has raised concerns about the environmental burden associated with them.Many process chemicals are involved in the production process of tannery,so the energy value evaluation is needed.The purpose of this work is to discuss multi-standard and multi-scale methods to solve the costs and benefits of cleaner production strategy,so as to prevent the burden of transfer and improve the risk of global load.Therefore,the material balance,economic method and energy efficiency accounting method are applied to the selected depilation/ashing,acid pickling and wastewater treatment steps in leather making process,and they are taken as case studies.
