摘要 根据YG铜基催化剂在几套万吨级PVC工业装置的应用情况,现有的电石法PVC装置通过各种控制手段或低成本改造,可以更好地满足YG铜基催化剂的使用条件,充分发挥催化剂的催化性能。YG铜基催化剂的单耗可降到1.2 kg以下(以生产1t氯乙烯计),解决了汞污染问题,提高了PVC产品质量,增加了经济效益。 On the basis of the application of Cu-based catalyst YG in several sets of ten thousand-ton PVC industrial units,the existing PVC unit with calcium carbide process could better meet the use conditions of Cu-based catalyst YG and gave full play to the catalytic performance of the catalyst through various transformations of control means or through low-cost transformation.The unit consumption of Cu-based catalyst YG could be reduced to less than 1.2 kg(based on the production of 1 t VCM).So the problem of mercury pollution was solved,the quality of PVC products was improved and economic benefits were increased.
