摘要
针对聚氯乙烯生产工艺废水中氯乙烯含量高的问题进行了相应的技术改造,更换板式换热器为螺旋板式换热器,更换浮子流量计为电磁流量计,并在废水进水口增加了分离罐优化与改造后,废水处理装置运行平稳,达到了排放要求。
Aiming at the problem of high vinyl chloride content in wastewater from PVC production process,corresponding technical transformations were carried out,i.e.the plate heat exchanger was replaced by a spiral plate heat exchanger,the float flowmeter was replaced by an electromagnetic flowmeter,and a separation tank was added at the wastewater inlet.After optimization and transformation,the wastewater treatment unit could run smoothly and the discharged water could meet the discharge requirements.
