超敏C反应蛋白联合CK-MB检测诊断小儿轮状病毒肠炎的价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)检测诊断小儿轮状病毒肠炎的价值,以2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的100例腹泻患儿作为观察对象,患儿入院后均接受hs-CRP、CK-MB检测,以大便致病菌检测结果作为"金标准",比较hs-CRP、CK-MB单项与联合检测诊断小儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果。结果显示,1)hs-CRP、CK-MB联合检测小儿轮状病毒肠炎阳性符合率(95.9%,47/49)明显高于hs-CRP、CK-MB单项检测(85.7%,42/49;83.7%,41/49),P<0.05;hs-CRP、CK-MB单项检测小儿轮状病毒肠炎阳性符合率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。2)轮状病毒肠炎组患儿hsCRP为(8.91±3.48)mg/L,CK-MB为(31.27±4.58)U/L,显著高于非轮状病毒肠炎组患儿[(1.02±0.14)mg/L、(19.47±3.12)U/L],P<0.05。结果表明,与hs-CRP、CK-MB单项检测相比,两者联合检测诊断小儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果更好,值得临床推广应用。 This study was to explore the value of diagnosing infantile rotaviral enteronitis(IRVE)by using detection of both hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB),enrolled 100 cases of infants with diarrhea treated in author’s hospital(2018-02-2019-02)as research objects,all received both hs-CRP and CK-MB,then detection results were compared with the results of stool pathgens detection(as"gold standard")to evaluate diagnostic efficacy.As results,1)the positive accordance rate of both detections was significantly higher than that of alone hs-CRP or CK-MB(95.9%(47/49)vs 85.7%(42/49)or 83.7%(41/49),P<0.05],in the positive accordance rate of alone hs-CRP or CK-MB there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);2)in IRVE patients hs-CRP and CK-MB was respectively(8.9±3.48)mg/L and(31.27±4.58)U/L,which were significantly higher than non-patients with IRVE,i.e(1.02±0.14)mg/L and(19.47±3.12)U/L(P<0.05).Results show that both detections have more better diagnostic efficacy than alone hs-CRP or CK-MB.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
