平溃健脾汤联合美沙拉嗪口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效

Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Pingkuijianpi Tang Combined with Mesalazine Orally:Clinical Effect

为探讨平溃健脾汤联合美沙拉嗪口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效,将2017年9月至2019年1月我科收治的94例UC患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组口服美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服平溃健脾汤,均治疗8周。比较2组临床总有效率、治疗后症状及镜下表现改善情况、不良反应。结果显示,观察组总有效率(95.74%,45/47)明显高于对照组(78.72%,37/47),P<0.05。治疗后,2组患者腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便、腹胀、疲乏症状评分及Baron内镜分级评分均明显降低,P<0.05;组间比较,观察组各评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率(10.64%,5/47)明显低于对照组(31.91%,15/47),P<0.05。结果表明,平溃健脾汤联合美沙拉嗪口服治疗UC疗效优于单纯口服美沙拉嗪治疗,而且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

In order to investigate the clinical efficacy of Pingkuijianpi Tang combined with mesalazine orally in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC),94 UC patients treated in author’s hospital from September 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=47,treated with oral Pingkuijianpi Tang based on control group)and control group(n=47,treated with oral Mesalazine),both were treated for 8 weeks,then clinical total effective rate,symptoms after treatment and improvement of performance under microscope,untoward reaction were compared in the two groups.As results,in clinical total effective rate,observation group was significantly higher than control group[(95.74%,45/47)vs(78.72%,37/47),P<0.05].After treatment,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucous pus and blood stool,abdominal distension,fatigue symptoms and Baron endoscopy grade were significantly decreased(P<0.05),in those scores observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).In incidence of untoward reactions observation group was significantly lower than control group[(10.64%,5/47)vs(31.91%,15/47),P<0.05].The results show that the curative effect of combination of Pingkuijianpi Tang and mesalazine orally in the treatment of UC is better than that of only mealazine,and the untoward reaction is less.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
