通腑脐贴膏脐部贴敷联合穴位按摩防治腰椎术后便秘的临床研究

Omphalo-point Plaster Therapy by Using Tongfuqitie Gao Combined with Point Massage in the Prevention &Treatment of Postoperative Constipation in the Patients Underwent Lumbar Surgery:Clinical Study

为探讨通腑脐贴膏脐部贴敷联合穴位按摩防治腰椎术后便秘的临床效果,选择2016年8月至2018年12月于我院接受腰椎手术治疗的72例患者进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例,除常规护理外,于术后第1天开始,对照组接受穴位按摩治疗,观察组在穴位按摩基础上接受通腑脐贴膏脐部贴敷治疗。比较2组患者术后肠功能恢复情况,以及干预后第14天时的排便情况。结果显示,观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。干预后第14天,观察组排便困难、粪便性状、排便时间、排便频率方面评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组防治便秘的有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,通腑脐贴膏脐部贴敷联合穴位按摩可促进腰椎手术者术后肠功能恢复,改善其排便情况,有效防治便秘。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of omphalo-point plaster therapy by using Tongfuqitie Gao(a TCM plaster)combined with point massage for preventing&treating constipation after lumbar surgery,enrolled the 72 cases surgically treated with lumbar surgery in author’s hospital(2016-08-2018-12),and randomly divided them into control group and observation group,36 cases for each;except for routine nursing from the 1 st day after surgery then control group adopted point massage,meanwhile observation group received point massage plus omphalo-point plaster therapy by using Tongfuqitie Gao;then compared patients’postoperative recovery of intestinal function,and defecation status on the 14 th day after above intervention between the two groups.As results,after surgery in the time for bowel sound recovered,in the time for anal flatus,and in the time of bowel movement observation group was all shorter than control group(P<0.05);on the 14 th day after surgery in the score ratings about dyschesia,feces characters,defecation time,and defecation frequency observation group was all significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),and,the effective rate in preventing&treating constipation so higher than control group(P<0.05).Results show that omphalo-point plaster therapy by using Tongfuqitie Gao plus point massage can promote above-mentioned patients’intestinal function recovered after surgery,improve their defecation status,and effectively prevent&treat constipation.
