穴位按摩联合五音疗法在溃疡性结肠炎患者心理干预中的应用研究

Study on Implementing Psychic Intervention on Ulcerative Colitis Patients by Using Point Massage plus Music therapy

为探讨穴位按摩联合五音疗法在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者心理干预中的应用效果,选取我院收治的104例UC患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例,对照组患者接受常规心理干预,观察组在接受常规心理干预基础上,接受穴位按摩及五音疗法。比较2组患者护理干预前后心理状态及护理满意度。结果显示,护理干预前,2组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。护理干预后,2组SAS和SDS评分均明显降低,P<0.05;组间比较,观察组SAS和SDS评分更低,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,对UC患者实施穴位按摩及五音疗法,可有效缓解其不良情绪,提高护理满意度。

This study was to investigate the application efficacy of psychic intervention(point massage plus music therapy)on ulcerative colitis(UC)patients,enrolled 104 cases of UC treated in author’s hospital and randomly divided them into control group(52 cases,routine psychic nursing)and observation group(52 cases,routine psychic nursing plus point massage and music therapy);then compared both groups’patients’psychic situation and nursing satisfactory degree before and after nursing intervention.As results,before intervention,in SAS score and SDS score there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention both groups’SAS and SDS score rating were significantly declined(P<0.05),but in observation group the score rating of SAS,SDS were more lower(P<0.05);the nursing satisfactory degree of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Results show that point massage plus music therapy for UC patients can effectively relieve their bad emotion,enhance nursing satisfactory degree.
