浅谈低铁耗冶炼氧枪喷头的优化实践

摘要 三钢一炼钢100t转炉在低铁耗冶炼过程中氧枪喷头使用寿命低,枪头结枪,漏水现象严重,化渣冶金效果差,给生产质量带来了很大影响。针对这一问题,通过氧枪喷头参数优化和冶炼工艺的调整,在一炼钢转炉进行生产冶炼。结果表明,使用优化后的氧枪喷头,新喷头的氧枪枪龄大幅度提高,是原来枪头寿命的2.8倍,脱磷率升高了3.84%,钢铁料耗降低了0.47kg/t。 In the process of low iron consumption smelting in the First Steelmaking Branch of Sansteel,the service life of oxygen lance nozzle is low,the lance head is blocked,the water leakage is serious,the metallurgical effect of slag is poor,which has a great impact on the production quality.In view of this problem,through the optimization of oxygen lance nozzle parameters and the adjustment of smelting process,the production and smelting are carried out in a steelmaking converter.The results show that the service life of the new nozzle is 2.8 times that of the original nozzle,the dephosphorization rate is increased by 3.84%,and the steel consumption is reduced by 0.47kg/t.
