摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱仪不同晶体和探测器组合,分别绘制用压片法分析烧结矿全铁的标准曲线;通过分析曲线和中短期分析样品试验研究,寻找到最佳的晶体和探测器组合,提高检测烧结矿全铁的精密度,在满足生产部门的需要的前提下,增加备用的晶体和探测器组合。
Using different crystal and detector combinations of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,the standard curves for analyzing sinter total iron by compression method were drawn respectively.Through analysis curve and short-term and mediumterm analysis sample test research,the best combination of crystal and detector is found to improve the precision of detecting sintered ore total iron.On the premise of meeting the needs of production departments,spare combination of crystal and detector is added.
