摘要
介绍了汽车车轮用热轧钢带590CL的开发过程,通过合理的化学成分设计,轧制工艺设计以及二级参数优化调整等,试制的590CL钢带满足标准要求,具有良好的冷成型性及焊接性。
The development process of hot rolled strip for 590CL automobile wheel is introduced;the trial-manufactured 590CL steel strip can meet the standard requirements through the reasonable chemical component design,rolling process design and the optimization and adjustment of the secondary parameters,the products has good cold forming performance and weldability.
