硫化沉淀脱除铅锌冶炼污酸污水中砷的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究了采用硫化钠从污酸污水中脱除砷工艺,考察了硫化钠用量、温度、时间等因素对砷脱除率的影响。结果表明:采用硫化钠脱除砷的工艺在常温,反应时间20 min,硫砷摩尔比为1.4,砷脱除率达99.69%,溶液中的砷可降低至5 mg/L以下,渣中砷含量达37.97%。 The study is carried out by adoption of sodium sulphide for arsenic removal from waste acid and waste water,investigation is carried out on the effect of sodium sulphide dosage,temperature,time and the other factors on arsenic removal rate.The results show:the process that the arsenic removed by sodium sulphide is carried out with the normal temperature,the reaction time is 20 min,the mole ratio of sulfur and arsenic is 1.4,the removal rate of arsenic can reach to 99.69%,the arsenic in the solution can be decreased below 5 mg/L,the arsenic content in slag is 37.97%.
