摘要
介绍了某有色金属公司艾萨电收尘器的工作原理和发展现状,结合硫酸电收尘器在运行过程中出现的异常状况,论述了其除尘效率低下的原因,有针对性地通过改善分布板、减少漏风、保温箱结构等改造措施,使电收尘器除尘效率由93%提高至98%。
The working principle and development situation of electrical dust-absorber of ISA furnace of one non-ferrous metal company is introduced,combining with the abnormal conditions of sulfuric acid collector in operation process,it is discussed the reasons of low dust removal efficiency,therefore,the distribution plate is improved,the air leakage is reduced,the structure of heat insulated box is improved,and so on,the electrical dust collection efficiency is increased from 93%to 98%.
