喀斯特地区可持续发展能力的评价体系构建研究

Research on Construction of Evaluation System of Sustainable Development Ability in Karst Areas

喀斯特地区可持续发展能力评价是评估石漠化治理工程效益的重要手段,为了对监测和评价喀斯特地区退化生态系统的恢复和重建工程可持续发展提供参考,本文采用层次分析法(AHP),从喀斯特地区可持续发展能力系统的经济系统、社区系统、环境系统和安全性四方面,探讨了区域可持续发展能力内涵,构建喀斯特地区可持续发展能力指标体系.同时,应用构建的评价体系对关岭—贞丰花江示范区进行研究,分析了示范区发展中存在的主要问题并提出相应对策,仅供参考.

Assessment of sustainable development ability in karst areas is still an on-going important means to evaluate benefit of the rocky desertification rehabilitation projects.In order to provide references to monitor and evaluate the recovery benefit of degraded ecosystems and the sustainable development of reconstruction projects,we discuss the connotation of regional sustainable development ability and construct its index system in this paper from the aspects of economic system,community system,environmental system and security of the sustainable development ability system of karst areas with the the Analytic Hierarchy Process(the AHP Method).Also we apply the system to the Guanling and Huajiang Demonstration Area to find and analyze the main existing problems with corresponding countermeasures.
