Exploration on the Cultivation of Talents in Prefabricated Construction in Applied Undergraduate Universities

装配式建筑的发展已是整个建筑业的共识,应用型本科高校作为培养高素质应用型人才的高等学府,应尽快建立起符合装配式建筑人才的培养机制。通过对装配式建筑的政策解读和市场调研,从人才培养方案制定、创新培养模式设计和师资队伍打造三个方面进行研究,拟探索实现装配式建筑人才培养的有效途径。

In recent years,the development of prefabricated construction has received the consensus by the entire construction.As the institution of higher learning for cultivating high-quality applied talents,applied undergraduate colleges should establish,as soon as possible,the mechanism for training talents in prefabricated construction.This paper makes the policy interpretation and market research on the prefabricated construction from the three aspects:enacting talent training program,innovating training mode design and constructing teaching staff.The paper also explores effective ways to conduct the talents training in prefabricated construction.
