基于就业导向的商务英语专业大学生培养研究——以天津某大学为例

On the Cultivation of College Students Majoring in Business English Based on Employment Orientation--A Case Study of A University in Tianjin

通过因子分析,从知识要求、技能要求以及能力素质要求三个公共因子出发,以天津某大学商务英语专业大学生作为研究样本,对该专业大学生的就业能力进行综合评价分析。结果证实,总分最高的学生不代表综合评价得分最高。高校可在定位市场需求后,促进教师多元发展,开发学生就业能力。

This paper makes a factor analysis in terms of the three common public factors:knowledge requirement,skill requirement and quality requirement.By taking the college students majoring in business English in a university in Tianjin as the research sample,this paper comprehensively evaluates and analyzes their employability.The results confirm that the students with the highest total score don’t represent the highest overall score in comprehensive assessment.After positioning the market demand,colleges can promote the teacher’s diversified development and the student’s employability develop.
