摘要
热稳定性是皮革鞣制过程中最重要的因素之一,并且主要受制于用于鞣制皮革的鞣质类型的影响。用于鞋面的植鞣革是可以长期使用和保存的材料。但是,由于温度和时间,它使皮革容易降解。另外,制鞋过程中的一个阶段是加热过程,以将鞋面皮革粘贴到鞋底夹层材料中。因此,本研究旨在比较不同的鞣剂,栗子和quebracho对鞋面皮革的热稳定性的影响。
thermal stability is one of the most important factors in leather tanning process,and it is mainly affected by the type of tannin used for tanning leather.Vegetable tanned leather for vamp can be used and preserved for a long time.However,due to temperature and time,it makes leather easy to degrade.In addition,one stage of the shoe making process is the heating process to paste the upper leather into the sole sandwich material.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to compare the effects of different tanning agents,chestnuts and quebracho on the thermal stability of vamp leather.
