鞣制废水处理絮凝工艺参数优化

摘要 制革厂的原始废水为淡蓝色,性质为碱性,化学需氧量(COD)为4000mg/l,浊度为700NTU,经稀释后加入有机混凝剂,芦荟,辣木和仙人掌。研究发现,在相同的条件下,凝结的辣木油在6 pH下的剂量为15 mg/L时,主要理化参数的还原效率最佳,其次是芦荟和仙人掌。研究表明,未经处理的制革厂废水可以用环境确认的天然混凝剂进行处理。 the original wastewater from tannery is light blue,alkaline in nature,with chemical oxygen demand(COD)of 4000mg/L and turbidity of 700ntu.After dilution,organic coagulant,aloe,horseradish and cactus are added.It was found that under the same conditions,the reduction efficiency of the main physical and chemical parameters was the best,followed by Aloe and cactus when the dosage of the condensed horseradish oil was 15 mg/L at 6 pH.The results show that the untreated tannery wastewater can be treated with natural coagulant confirmed by the environment.
