摘要 移动床生物膜技术基于生物膜载体,微生物群落在其上附着,发育和生长。全世界都知道许多由各种材料制成的生物膜载体变体。最常见的材料是基于聚乙烯的,这种材料具有接近水的密度。作者提出了一种新型的生物膜载体,用于制革厂和造纸厂废水的第三级处理。生物处理基于真菌活性。选定的真菌菌株将在含有纤维素的新型聚乙烯载体上生长。该载体将被设计用于移动床生物反应器中,并在存在竞争细菌的情况下促进真菌生长。 moving bed biofilm technology is based on biofilm carrier,on which microbial community adheres,develops and grows.Many variants of biofilm carriers made of various materials are known around the world.The most common material is based on polyethylene,which has a density close to that of water.A new type of biofilm carrier is proposed for the tertiary treatment of wastewater from tannery and paper mill.Biological treatment is based on fungal activity.The selected fungal strains will grow on a new polyethylene carrier containing cellulose.The carrier will be designed for use in a moving bed bioreactor and will promote fungal growth in the presence of competing bacteria.
