摘要
通过使用新型可生物降解的聚合物复合材料来回收使用后的鞋类废物:聚合物和成品皮革。废物粉碎至1-5 mm,可通过熔融挤出造粒进行复合,可通过注入具有预先建立的高级功能的新产品(鞋底)中进行加工。基于食用后热塑性聚氨酯(WTPU)废料与食用后成品皮革废料混合的可生物降解的聚合物复合材料,经过研磨和功能化。
the new biodegradable polymer composite is used to recycle the used footwear wastes:polymer and finished leather.The waste is comminuted to 1-5 mm,which can be compounded by melt extrusion granulation,and processed by injection into a new product(sole)with advanced pre established functions.The biodegradable polymer composite based on the mixture of wtpu waste and leather waste is grinded and functionalized.
