摘要
为了研究热退火对玻璃化制革废料稳定性的影响,实施了μ-XRF,XAFS和μ-XAFS光谱分析。二维μ-XRF扫描揭示了同时存在Cr(III)和Cr(VI)的富铬和贫化区域的存在。Cr-O-Cr链的聚合在这两个不同的区域中是不同的。μ-XANES和μ-EXAFS结果表明,在富Cr夹杂物中,Cr(III)O6属于Cr2O3,而在Cr贫化区域中,Cr(III)O6八面体之间的连接方式不同。
in order to study the effect of thermal annealing on the stability of vitrified leather waste,μ-XRF,XAFS andμ-XAFS spectral analysis were carried out.Two dimensionalμ-XRF scanning revealed the existence of rich and poor areas of Cr(III)and Cr(VI).The polymerization of cr-o-cr chain is different in these two different regions.The results ofμ-XANES andμ-EXAFS show that Cr(III)O6 belongs to Cr2O3 in CR rich inclusions,while in CR depleted region,the connection mode of Cr(III)O6 octahedron is different.
