摘要
以亚洲基础设施投资银行工程为例,研究分析不同施工阶段工程总承包单位对分包单位管理协调中的问题和应对措施,提出构建完善的招标机制,完善优化履约保证金制度等对策,以确保施工项目整体目标顺利实现.
Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank project was taken as an example to analyze the problems in general engineering contract unit's management of subcontract units at different construction stages and relevant measures.It was proposed to establish sophisticated bid invitation system and optimize performance security system,so as to guarantee the smooth completion of the whole construction project.
