摘要
以高原寒冷地区某藏式会议中心为研究对象,介绍了该建筑绿色改造设计和施工技术.其改造内容包括在保证安全性的前提下对已有建筑物扩建,对建筑物形体空间、建筑本体节能、暖通、节水改造等.此次改造在节约了土地资源及资金成本的同时,提升了建筑物的使用功能,改善了室内环境,提高了建筑物围护结构的热工性能和能源系统的效率,满足了用户使用需求,具有可观的经济效益和良好的社会效益,并为后续类似工程积累了丰富的改造经验.
This paper takes a conference room in a cold area as the research object to introduce the building green retroftting design and reconstruction technology.The retroftting work including the expansion of existing building,the transformation of physical space,energy saving,HVAC and water saving systems etc.The results improve function and indoor environment of the building,increases the thermal performance of building envelope and the efficiency of energy system,saves land source meanwhile,which satisfies the user's needs.At the same time,it has considerable economic benefits and good social benefits.The retroftting work has accumulated rich transformation experience for the follow-up similar projects.
