首钢单板滑雪大跳台主体结构制作关键技术

KEY TECHNIQUE FOR MAIN STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION OF SHOUGANG SNOWBOARD SKI JUMP

2022年北京冬奥会首钢滑雪大跳台为钢桁架结构,主要构件有斜箱形格构柱、变截面V形钢柱、赛道钢桁架、飘带管桁架等,连接形式为刚性连接.针对变截面V形箱形柱采用高强度80mm厚钢板,赛道钢桁架、飘带管桁架为空间弯扭结构,跨度大,制作难度大等难点,采用了工厂构件制作单元化和现场安装装配化,信息化管理等对策.介绍了高强度钢80mm厚板焊接、变截面V形箱形柱、斜箱形格构柱、赛道钢桁架钢结构制作及信息化管理技术,可为类似工程提供借鉴.

Shougang Snowboard Ski Jump for 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic is a steel truss structure,whose main components includes oblique box lattice column,variable cross-section V-type steel column,track steel truss and streamer tube truss,and they were connected by rigid joint.The variable crossection V-type box column was made of 80mm-thick high strength steel sheet,and track steel truss and streamer tube truss were curved wavy space structures with wide span.Their construction was difficult.Relevant measures were adopted,such as factory unit production of structural members,on-site installation and assembly,information-based management,etc.This paper introduced the fabrication and information-based management of 80 mm-thick high-strength steel sheet welding,variable cross-section V-type box column,oblique box-type lattice column and track steel truss,providing references for similar projects.
